the only way i can tell is cus i saw ur other thread with the sunrise which is the second one so the first one is night, hard to tell tho, looks gewd

The EXIF data for the first one is:
Date Time Digitized = 2010-12-09 06:50:27 The second one: Date Time Digitized = 2010-12-07 20:36:02 Camera's time must be wrong then.

first one is sunrise you can tell by the colors morning is yellow sunset is red. unless he adjusted the photo temp and sat.

My guess is the first one Is sun down and the second is sun rise.
