Yes it is. Rated for 600LBS. if you go to YouTube search Rayco Log Splitter I have a video posted.

The bed of the truck was completely loaded down and so was the trailer I was pulling. I pulled that from West Virginia 1500 miles across the country to Colorado and it didn't even hesitate

never said it was heavy but my truck helps a lot with trash runs at work on shipment days

street beat customs.com no to many offroad stuff but they have a good selection of a few things little pricy but good selection
