Re: Rangers With Camper Shells/Topper Thread
Really excited about my Craigslist find. I've been following this thread a while, but I finally broke down and created an account after I found this Leer topper.

LOL! Thanks and I know, I know its a small 2" lift [sigh]...
And I have to add also the 2" body lift that has been sliding around inside the tote in the bed for the last 2 months or so now.. Once I get that done and get a couple small trips under my belt. I will likely address the issue.
I'm going to do the manual conversion to 4x4 so I didnt want to invest a ton into the front end needs if I was going to change it and or unclear on the transition of parts from 2WD to 4WD. So I hope that I come across a few challenges that help in making some educated decisions by next summer...
This summer I may be going to Oklahoma to visit the womans family as they are moving there from NJ. so I'll have a little something other than desert, forest hills, and fire trails to test out my short comings.
----------
And wait until you see the special wrap its getting put together... its even CRYE
Shhhhhhh...
.

Re: Rangers With Camper Shells/Topper Thread
About a 1000 feet above cottonwood pass. First time really four wheeling. Had a couple moments were I wondered what I got myself into.

Re: Rangers With Camper Shells/Topper Thread
Cottonwood's nothing. Try Tin Cup Pass.

Re: Rangers With Camper Shells/Topper Thread
My truck came with a shell when I bought it, sold it right away and got a tonneau cover from my dad, I totally regret selling it, at the time I thought it looked weird, truck looked to small and it had no windows
The Cover
Now I'm looking for another cap, silver and non rise agin, but with windows and explorer rails this time
