Need a lil advice here, since had my topper the locks have never worked as they are badly rusted internally. I pulled em out last winter and tried a few diffenrent stuff including letting them soak in diesel over a week end with no success. Is there some kind of magical product that could really get the rust out or is there places who sell replacements ones. Thanks.

Hopefully the right person will chime in on that actually. Someone on here just replaced all their stuff and had a source for someone who knew exactly what he needed,

CLR should work hopefully if not buy replacement locks or make a custom set

Since almost 99% of us here have lights on our trucks and some of us have power in our toppers. This is the place to ask. What wire do you guys use to wire all your stuff? Speaker wire? Or actual house wire?

Depends on the amperage; that is what determines the wire gauge. Also the placement of the wire will determine the kind of jacket you will want it to have.
I usually get spools of Southwire from Home Depot for my projects.
