to lift the topper? Just use 4 poles In each corner and put pulleys on top. Then put a small winch underneath the rAised bed. Put steel cord to all 4 corners. Then run the cables underneath the bed. Put pulleys in the bottom of the corners. Then hook to winch and boom!

Idk if this is the right place to ask this but its worth a shot. So I got rained out today at work so I'm sittin at home on craigslist and I found a fiberglass camper shell for free and it turns out its from a lwb ranger but I went and got it anyway so here is my question, is there anyway to cut it and glass it back together and make it fit?

Anything is possible depending on your fabrication skills. You can pick up resin and fiberglass fairly cheap. Looks like you could cut a section out of the front and back of the shell to get it to fit. Measure and see how much would need to be cut and see if it comes close to the sliders.

I would sell it and buy another one. That sounds like a ton of work for a shell.

not against modifying, but i figure it will not be worth the headache.
they range round here from $40-$500
though the $500 have been advertised for quite some time.
I would say give it away....
look what i found!

You guys are party poopers... Try cutting it straight and if it doesnt work then throw it away... Id only use fiberglass on the inside and epoxy on the outside on the line that you cut.
