Kinda what I was thinking. I'm on a tight budget at the moment so I'm open to any ideas. Long story short I got this in a bad trade so I'm trying to salvage the situation. I planned on if I did the plexiglass route I would paint the glass anyway, not to worried about lighting inside because I plan on rigging some list up inside anyway

In a way, maybe. I have everything for the side windows. Glass, frames etc. Only real issue is the back glass is completely gone and can't really go spend $300+ for another shell

Well after taking the coils and flip kit out, was able to get the windows in and weather proofed. Needs a good cleaning and a back glass and it'll be set

if you've got the frame for the rear window you may be able to have a local glass shop cut you a piece of actual glass, would probably cost less than plexi.

I wish I had the frame, would make things a lot easier. Also noticed that the PO has removed the hinges too, so I'm hoping I can just find a junk camper from the junkyard and just steal a rear window off of it and make it work

In response to DLDANGER RANGER missing glass. I would have fiberglassed the window openings. Make a template and make your own rear door out of fiberglass. or fiberglass the rear opening , then after it setsup. draw a line the shape of door, then cut out a rear door, then put upper hinges on it.

you cap looks just like mine. no hinges. the "lip" on the rear of cap, the rear glass has a C channel that goes over it...

You can kinda see it in this pic. Check your local Junk yards they may have one on a wrecked truck

Yeah. I can see where at one point and that channel was there clear as day. From the looks of the the PO for whatever reason tore it off. Been thinking of making a plexiglass door with some hinges for the time being if I can't find a donor...don't really want to go that route however, would like something that locks haha

Not a bad idea, I may just go that route if I can't find a donor, or just may do that as a temporary solution till I do
