Don't mean to sound smart but take a tape measure and measure the bed then the height at a slant in the bed of the truck.

That's what I told my girl to do, but I just wanted to know if anyone knew off the tops of their heads.

It should fit sitting ontop of the wheel arches. I use a queen blowup mattress in mine all the time

Had a craigslist find for about a year now. Was $70 and dirty as hell. threw it on and drove around for a while Just now cleaning her up, getting the flooring and sleeping arangements built. Lighting etc.

I am wrapping the truck with gunmetal gray vinyl next week. Decided to Use herculiner on the topper!

Curious to know how this turned out. I believe a queen size mattress is 60" x80". I moved one to my brothers apartment and it definitely did not fit over the wheel wells, I had it hanging over the edge; bed is only 54" wide at the rails. Maybe air mattresses are narrower?

No you can't. That's why mine was off last summer. You can probably strap it to the roof.
