my cap is just spray bombed.... i could color match, i have the extra paint from when i did the truck...but i like the black.

----------

It is a rougher style, here are some pics of close up of the texture...

Defiantly don't want to use a sponge on it, will rip it right up. I used
http://www.amazon.com/Dupli-Color-BAQ2010-Armor-Truck-Kevlar/dp/B003E1ZN2C/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1416247832&sr=8-1&keywords=Duplicolor+Bed+Armor%2C
----------

Holding up well, and the lower cab corer of my extended cab was rotted... and this covers the patch job well due to the texture. I also did inside my door jams too....

yeah. Textures a bit rough, that's why I went with spray on. Not sure if the rustoleum roll on has a similar texture or not

Two tone can be cool if some right, but with your wheels I feel like it would be a three tone truck .. Black, dull gray, shiny gray. Just my .02

I didn't even think of that. I will add to the fact that when I go to do tires I will be switching over to one of three rims (all being black)

And my back window is dirty because the local gas stations refuse to put out more window cleaner.

Mine is back on for winter. It was pretty nasty after sitting in my buddy's yard all summer, full of buys and stuff. Its clean enough how that I'd sleep back there again but the speakers and lights are all but ruined. Speakers are too far gone to bother messing with, the color lights only really work in red, the white lights work but the tilt switch and on/off delay relay are shot so I've hooked it directly to a toggle for now.

After Christmas the plan is to install some better lights and a marine radio/speaker set that can be easily removed when the cap comes off.

On the bright side, the cap fits with my CB mount and it is kinda nice not having my stuff get all wet when it rains now haha

What did you use for curtains? I need some more insulation. Went camping last weekend and the glass let all the heat out from the heater buddy.

I got a moving blanket from harbor freight. They 70% polyester 30% cotton. The padding in the blanket is cotton. IlL be sleeping back there at night when it's 28* so I'm hoping it will work out. I had them up the other night and they did help keep in some of the warmth.

----------

Here's a better picture. I put Velcro on them so all I need to do is stick them on and off.

----------

Has anyone found a way to lock theirs from the inside?
