how on earth do u figure ur axle moves forward? if it compresses, it moves back...

lol sorry for not answering the first time.
way more flexy, ifs has no articulation
everything is way stronger and beefier
gives way more lift to clear bigger tires
and just all around better for offroading

A Front Shackle setup like that of a jeep will move the axle forward when the suspension compresses. As the suspension compresses the spring becomes longer and the shackle swings forward. The axle moves very little during this but it does move forward....a bit.

With that said though. Front shackle setups 95% of the time kill your approach angle because of the shackle hanging out there. Where like your setup you have more of a "ramp" due to the rear shackle setup. You went the right way. I hate the jeep leaf setups.
