1. Get all the 01+ brackets mount them to the bumper
2. take the two 94 L shaped brackets that bolt to the frame and have the top hole that bolts to the bumper extended to the width of the bracket and have a slot made in the middle where the crease is in the metal, but you have to switch sides of the brackets left goes on the right and the right on the left and then space them out about 3/4" to and 1" from the frame rails (can't use stock bolt thing) have to get longer bolts and I used washers as a spacer. the reason for this is the distance between the mounting holes on the 01+ bumper is greater then that of the 94, so when you swap the sides of the brackets and space them that gives you the adjust ment you need to line everything up.
3. That's what I did but after install I realized I could have done it this way: swap the bracket sides mount and space them from the frame, tighten down then measure the distance between the mounting holes on the 01 bumper, go back to the brackets on the truck and drill a hole in the middle of each bracket that distance apart and them bolt the bumper to them and line it up should be centered if measured right you just need to adjust the height and tighten down. Next remove the entire setup from the frame leaving the 94 brackets bolted to the bumper once removed you can drill the new top hole for each side and bolt that together and reinstall on the truck and you should be good to go.

I hope that explains it well enough and you get the idea, it's 4am and I just woke up for no reason so I figured Id check FRF out lol, I should have took pic during the install but i was to excited to get it on that I totaly forgot to, oh well hope that works for you, when I wake up again I'll re read this post and edit it if I have to lol. Yes I'm putting hids in the fogs going to be matching my headlights, and I didn't get clips either I went to the hardware store and bought six nuts and bolts for the fogs works perfect and cost me all of a 1.15 to put them in
