2001, 4.0l, 4x4, edge, super cab, 77k, motor swap (po never changed the oil), brush guard, off road lights, afe intake, flow master exhaust, 6x9s under the seats, fisher plow.

How hard was aal?

For me easy, but I was at work making more money than I was spending on my mechanic lol. I will put a short version of the directions that came with the kit.

1 disconnect battery, Jack up and support rear end of vehicles frame with jack stands, support the rear differential, remove shocks and U bolts lower axle do not over extend brake line.

2 Starting with the drivers side use an adjustable C clamp and clamp the leaf spring in the middle remove the center bolt

3 Separate the springs install install the new leaf with new center bolt in pyramid pattern smallest on bottom longest on top. Note: the longest side of the add a leaf from the center pin goes towards the shackle Clamp spring assembly together tighten center bolt not leaving gaps between the springs. cut excess threads from center bolts. Nut should be on top side of leaf.

4 align the center pin in the leaf with the centering hole in the axle perch install the U bolts

5 Reinstall the shocks, repeat for the other side
