LOL i seriously looked all over for a brick and could not find one. We use to have a shit tone of bricks just chillin on the side of the house and there are now none. i think we used them to keep the water heater off the floor... thanks for the comments tho. Dad should be home soon to take place of the brick. wonder how he will feel bout that? hahah

I looked at those but the LEDs are low current and there are only a few of them. I modified my OEM light to accept an OEM chmsl bracket with lumileds high current LEDs. Next I'm making an even brighter one with an acid-etched pcb board and higher quantities of high current lumileds. Much cheaper and brighter than this one. I also like to use sharp low loss voltage regulators and none of the aftermarket ones have that kind of voltage regulation to protect the LEDs.

Its not pitch black out but here are the lights lit up





and i guess my year truck doesnt have the reverse lights on the 3rd brake light so im gonna have to do some splicing sometime soon to get those working. anyone know where the easiest place to hook that up would be? my pops suggested using my hitch wire for it

To hook up the cargo lights just tap into your dome light. I had looked at those 3rd brake lights but was always afraid the led cargo lights wouldn't be bright enough.

Thats because they are cheap chinese LEDs that are current limited at 10 milliamps. Replace those with some lumileds superflux and it will make a huge difference.

hey is that a recon 3rd brake light because i wont to buy one for my 2004 ranger just wonted to make sure yours is a recon and your ranger is 2004. dont wont to buy one that wont fit my truck the recon website said 93-03 thanks and anyone know how to get a water stain out of the head liner the OEM 3rd brake light leaked in my truck THANKS
