There is a 03 level II twin stick in my town that's about to go up for sale. Super clean truck and only has 93k on it.

They're not all they're cracked up to be. The trim ring and shift boots are garbage, if you even touch them the wrong way, they break. Having a manual transfer case is nice, but that's the only redeeming quality of the 02-03 Level II's. Yea a Torsen limited slip is great, when it's new. But those trucks are getting old and worn out now, so most of the Torsens in them are worn out. 31 spline axles are nice, but most people don't wheel Rangers hard enough to need that beef. The tow hooks are pretty, but that's the problem, the Level II is basically an appearance package with a couple "upgrades" thrown in.
If I had to choose between dropping $10k on a Level II versus dropping $6K on a similar year Ranger, I would go for the $6k truck and use the remaining $4k to build it up and outperform any stock Level II, both in appearance and functionality.
