it's really funny in town here there is a guy with your exact truck as his DD who also has a nova drag race car. his is a '76 2 door hatch, BB / 4 speed that runs low 10's / high 9's in the 1/4 mile

wow small world, do you know what size bb it is? mine has a small block and fastest we've ran it is a 10.24 in the 1/4 mile

not sure on the size of the engine in the car, only that it's a big block chevy. the owner is fairly quiet about what he's got, and it's very rare to see the car with it's hood up outside his garage. he races with a club that all run stick cars... says his nova running in the 9's is still one of the slowest in the club, lol.

and 10.24 holy crap that's fast! I thought you guys only had an 1/8th mile track nearby though?
