I havnt posted pics of my truck in a while so here are a few pics of some of the new things I recently did.


New Thunderbolt turn signal mirrors.

Cleaned then painted the push bar with spray on bed coating.

Had the driver and passenger door windows tinted to match the rear windows.

Cleaned and painted the step bars with spray on bed coating.

looks good man. is the glass on the mirrors shakey when u drive?

Not at all. I had to get creative to even use them as the plastic backing the new ones came in didnt fit my truck. I had to remove the glass and modify my original parts to make these fit.

Yeah, I also started out with a set of Alcoas and decided on the Classic IIs cause they look like them.

Looking good. Are your tires the newer KM2s or the original BFG M/T?

So you had to modify your thunderbolt glass to fit into the housing?

I got a set of mirrors and the glass wont fit.

What I did was cut the plastic housing away from the new mirrors making sure not to break them. Then I removed (as in broke and popped out) the old mirror from their housung and then I eyeballed the area that needed to be cut out of the old housing to make sure the LED array would fit then seated the new glass into the old mirror housing. It took me a few hours but it turned out great.
