Yeah I know what you're saying, but usually restored muscle cars do nothing for me. They're all the same, and as far as "cool" cars go, fairly common. How many shows around the country can you see domestic classics for days? I'd much prefer to see a restomod Volvo Amazon or 240z, than one out of thousands of restored Mustangs.

Maybe I'm going farther than intended, but I'm just saying how I feel. I can appreciate any car and the work that's gone into making it or buying it, but my personal preference will always be towards most newer-era cars just because that's what I like, and as far as classics I like the foreign models because you don't ever really see them.

I feel basically the same way. I can see new Porches day in and day out. But a 1966 Fairlane GTA with original paint? I've seen one. One. New Lambo's? I can go by the dealer if I want. But a car that was actually raced in '68 LeMans? Priceless. Cobra that Caroll Shelby himself drove in the of sweep Ferrari in the manufactures challenge? Fuckin amazing...

yea i agree doug...one of my former coworkers has an all original 68 GT500KR...words dont even describe that car...or a numbers matching R code galaxie ---------- and this truck we have at work...65 F100 that someone stuffed in a 427 2x4bbl

That's the color I want to paint my International. I think a two tone silver and red like that or blue would look great.

'71. The way you can tell is by the hood ornament. A '73 is completely different. The '70-'72 basically shared the same style but the only differences would be where they placed the parking lights.

That thing looks flawless. My mom had a '73 after her brother totaled her '79. She always says if you can park one of those barges you can park anything haha.

Thanks man. I think my mom used to have a '79 too actually. Lol. And you're correct on that. It has the longest hood GM ever produced so it's massive! Lol.
