A friend's 86 Tbird that I helped plastidip the hood. The paint was gone all the way to the metal in the middle. Looks SO much better.

Yes. The roof as well as the trunk are still to come. The rest I'm gonna see about polishing and sealing. There are some areas that have literally no reflection, almost like a matte finish, that were once glossy. I tried hand polishing a spot on the trunk that had paint left and I was able to read my watch in it afterwards, so it's a go.

Yeah I've been reading about them and apparently that gen is something special. His particular one is the Élan with electric EVERYTHING and the 5.0. It's rough, basically a daily project car, but it will get there I'm sure.

Yeah I think I've heard of that model. I was looking to buy one for a while but never could find a decent one. I'm sure it will get there, looks good from the pictures.

This beast is listed on a local off-road classifieds page on fb. Do want. D44 14 bolt full float with 39.5's IMO one of the sexiest Yotas around.
