Those are almost full droop on one side and almost full stuff on the other.

Will removing a sway bar link or the sway bar entirely let it flex like a straight axle? no. But it will allow the front end to flex more. The purpose of the sway is to restrict independent movement of the tires reducing sway. Remove this and one tire can be completely stuffed while the other is completely drooping.
