so shane was complaining about how they were just thrown in the truck. shane this is for you.

i got off work early today so i had some time to make some legs for the sub box. nothing to special just something simple. i got a 1x2x8 some screws and some flat black spray paint.

i just got done with putting them on the box. putting it in the truck and bolting it to the rear wall tomorrow. any thoughts of improvement that i can do is much appreciated.







**UPDATE**
i am finely done with mounting the box and amp. the box wont move at all. i ended up only using 2 bolts instead of 4. tell me wat you think!!

ALOT nicer! I wouldn't have cut the backwall up though...I woulda done like a foam pad between the plastic and the box. That would've eliminated rattles and it would look finished since you can see sheetmetal as it is now. But...I'm a stickler. haha. Looks tons better than before.


Now.....get that amp mounted to the side of the box! lol.

i have to reroute the ground and power. i mounted it to the floor for the time being i ran out of sun light lol.

so i should get some foam and put it in between the box?

reason being for cutting the backwall is because i already cut it for the other amp so i said f it and cut it out. i think it looks alot better i should at least spray the back wall with black so its not blue (idk why its blue)

Too late for the foam idea....you already cut a HUGE hole on your back wall. lol. The foam idea was just for something to prevent rattle and creeks coming from the plastic when the box is bolted to the backwall or ground.

I'm not a fan of cutting into the back wall but that's mostly 'cause I try to make everything easily reversible... once again though it's your truck and looks pretty clean... I would suggest re-painting those legs though
