Could you tell me how to do the parking brake? Because everytime I turn on my headlights at night, my screen goes black and says "CAM" on the top right side. And for some reason, by the way I have an LED relay and LED signal lights, when I want to signal left and left only, the screen will either flicker on blink when the signal is blinking. Right side is good. And at night time, it doesn't do it. It's strange and wouldn't mind the help. Oh and its a Xovision Double Din Touch Screen DVD player. Thank you!

Yellow Wire: Ran this to dist box under hood as shown in picture 2.
Yellow/Blue wire: Ran this wire to emergency brake switch as shown in picture 1.

Picture 1.
Located in driver foot area behind e-brake. remove the bolt to make getting to wire easier. (Switch circled in red) (Red/Yellow wire has the arrow)

I think I understand. So the parking brake wire gets wired up to the parking brake and what other wire goes to the dist box?

On mine 1 wire to parking brake switch and 1 wire to dist. box or a source for a ground which ever you want.

I would say yours is pretty much the same 1 wire with a strip and one solid wire. The solid wire will be the ground wire.

Okay now that dist. box. Which side is negative and which side is positive? Because I want to put my system wire on there as well. I'm thinking the left is neg. and right is pos? Let me know soon before it gets dark over here lol. Thank you

I like it and I am jealous. That is one thing I have wanted for quite a while, but one of those things that I probably never will have.

Jordan, sounds like you have the remote video wire and the dimmer wire switched. You don't need a dimmer, so just unhook the wire you have going to your headlight switch, and I bet that fixes most if not all of the issues there.

Unhook the wire from my headlight switch? I didn't wire anything to the headlight switch. I know what you mean by the dimmer and I can unhook that and I think the video wire too... But the headlight thing, do not know what you mean by that.

So unhook the dimmer wire and it should solve the problem? I will look into it maybe tomorrow. I have to work on the wires on the truck somehow, there is a wire that I do not know about and I think I have all my neg. wires connected and grounded onto the battery but when I go to place the pos. wires onto the battery, it starts to spark. And the wires goes to all of my LED lights, Knight Rider scanner and underglow. So I am going to be pretty busy tomorrow on that but hopefully get around to the dimmer soon.

Oh and STL, when you said that both sides are neg., I put my system wire onto it and bolted it up just like on the picture and I turned on the switch for the amp and it worked....Somehow? And I got the ground grounded underneath the arm rest on the metal stand. But if y.ou know for sure that both bolts are negative, please do let me know
