fixed.

seems expensive. I personally dont like the mat black finish, but it looks like a decent truck over all. I think its just expensive for almost having 100k miles.

I saw this too when I browsed craigslist the other night. I would offer $7500 and go from there. That is alot of miles. Also check the tires and such

I'm quite "noobish" when it comes to buying trucks. What would be an ideal number of miles for a manual transmission, and what is an average price? The truck also comes with an amp and toolbox. I also found this piece http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/ctd/3756363296.html

Thanks! He wants 8300 for it, but I'll probably counter with 7500 and see where it goes from there. How did the red one look?

again, the red one has high miles, and a kind of high price. my buying experience was pretty rare, but I got a 2006 with 65k for 6000. it does have a salvaged title though.

what do you want from the truck is a better question.

I've been driving around a beat up 2002 Ford Expedition for awhile, so I'm looking for my "first" truck. I'm looking for something that can get me from Point A to Point B, has the capabilities to tow and go off-roading when I purchase the parts needed, look cool enough for my age (17), and have a stellar sound system. I have $9000 to work with but definitely do not want to throw it all at once unless it has some parts upgraded over stock
