You can literally buy a new 2019 ranger for the same price.

Buy it brand new for around $23,000 and sell it 9 years later for the same price? Depreciation still happens even at that low mileage.
Rangers never came with a sunroof from the factory and the tires must be dry rotted after 9 years.
If that truck has a sunroof someone butchered the roof to install it and that would hurt resale value.
KBB private party values assuming the truck is in spotless, excellent condition is $16,000-$18,000.
I guess this is what to expect when a person only joins a forum to sell something.
