how bad is the rust, & was it used to plow commercially or just your driveway?

Passenger side lower rocker of the cab. See the picture below. It was used to plow 4 small driveways each snow fall. Used 2 times this past year (3" each snow fall each time) and the year before that (when the plow was installed mid season) it was used about 4 times.
