Post curious for some opinions

made me select a prefix not wanting to by still new to this sorry.
im curious on what I should do to my rims I dont want to pay for new ones due to me being cheap plus need the money for my other truck I race. what would look best I have a white Ford ranger4x4 2000 model and want to go black with the rims ive saw powder coating and it can have problems on aluminium rims but have seen some black painted rims some used paint and some use rhino liner but unsure what i should do to them any comments is grateful and if anyone has photos of theirs they've done stuff to please post it really would like to see them thanks

I own a 4x4 Ford ranger I love to work on it or put money in it when I can. It is a 2000 model and was my first car it has no power windows doors or anything a small 5" lift on 31" allterain tires and a k&n cold air intake and superchip.

Try plastidip. Holds up good plus if you decide you don't like it you can peel it right off. I had it for a while before I repainted mine.

I just did the plastidip. on mine that were in bad shape.. Didn't prep them as well as I should have... So I'll re do them later this week..

Clean em w/mineral spirits, self etching primer x2 coats, regular rattle can spray paint x2. Mine have held up for 3+ years now

That prep work will get you every time with the plasti Dip. gone through that before!

Can I plead have your wheels?! I love those wheels. I have mickey thompsons now and think I'm gonna look for a set of those for my truck.
