Default Ranger Level II Alcoa Wheels with Caps (1 set) - $350 OBO - CA

Hey guys, new here. But I'm active-ish over at TRF. Got some wheels I'm looking to get rid of:

FOR SALE:
A set of Alcoa wheel from the Level II fx4 ranger. These wheels are pre 2005 which means that they have the brushed aluminum finish. Post 2005, they came with a clear coat and Alcoa emblem.

They are in good shape with very minor blemishes. They will polish up to look 100% perfect, except for one scuff on one wheel where a balancing weight was. Very minor rash on the extreme lip of a few wheels, again, it would polish up. One cap is cracked. Ford wants over $400 per wheel plus $60 per cap. Let me know if you want additional pics.

I am asking $350 OBO buyer pays shipping. That price is a feeler so send me your offers.

Thanks,
Jeff Johnson

Yep, thanks guys. I have a set of Polished ones on my truck. I saw these and grabbed em for my buddy, he kept whining about how he wanted a set, but he can't afford them atm and I don't have space. :-(

I'm not sure why you have to "Be advised" at the fact that I have this listed in a few places shouldn't both anyone. Especially since I listed them for LESS here.....

Yes. I am 99.9% sure they will. They are the same size of every (check this) ford ranger wheel. 15x7 with a 5x4.5" bolt pattern. These only came on FX4 Level II's trucks. The only issue I can foresee is if they changed the hub diameter from 97 to 05. Which is only a problem if your hubs are bigger, which you can have the wheels machined to have a bigger hole in the middle for not too much $. I can measure the hole if you would like and we can compare it to your stock ones.
Thanks,
Jeff

They will fit but u will have to take a dremel and grind off a little metal lip on the inside of the alcoa centercaps to fit over the dustcap

Thank you for this. :-)

Rubber Duck,
This makes sense. I had to do this for the set I have on my 2wd ranger. It is not a huge deal. I can take a few pics if you would like to show exactly what you have to do. But basically, 20min and a die grinder and you'll be rolling. On the inside of the cap, there is metal ring that intrudes about 3/8" on each side into the cap. Just gotta clearance it.

UPS is looking at $80 for all 4 shipped. You are close to home. I live in Ventura. I could drive down to you in a week or so (going home for spring break around 19th), but it would probably cost more in fuel....

Give me till tonight to get some pics up. In class right now :-D

Yep, thats the lowest quote I've gotten from UPS so far. Seems that $100-$120 is the norm. Alright, I'm taking off now to get pics. I go to school and they don't let me park on campus. :-( Be back in about an hour.
