My ultimate goal is to have black steel wheels and run 235/60/15 tires

I'm wanting to buy a set of black steel wheels size 15 inch. If they have tires on them that'd be even better.

Also if you're close to NC....that'd be a goldmine!

Wheels only I'd pay up to $150 (Only cause 4 new ones are 180-200 bucks.)

Wheels and crap tires that'd get me by...I'd pay $200

Wheels and decent tread tires maybe $250

Other wheel options i'm open to anything 15" (explorer, jeep steel wheels) with good tires, I have the 14" "deer hoof" style now.
