Hopefully my Cab Doesnt Fall Off. Body Mounts

Ok guys i know a good bit about working on vehicles but im pretty new to the whole off road thing. Im really just looking for help with a body bushing and retainer washers. I have an 02 3.0 v6 with a 3" body lift. well the person i purchased the truck from rigged up the cab mounts in the rear. Instead of putting the 3" puck on top of the body bushings they just welded a piece of exhaust pipe between the frame and body. well the welds broke and my cab shifted to the right an inch. i plan to cut the pipe out and put the puck back in there and put it back together the right way. The only problem im having is that Ford wants 45 bucks a piece just for the factory bushings that the puck sits on. Does anybody know where i can find some body bushings (only 2 upper and lower cushions and retainers). thanks for all the help.
