Question 90 ranger Ball joint camber bushings

My 90 ranger 4x4 supercab is wearing the outside of the front tires badly.I suspect it is the camber needing adjusted.I looked at the Camber bushings that are on it now and saw that the bushings put the balljoint towards the center of the truck. Will getting a bushing that moves the balljoint to the outside of truck pull the top of the tires in towards the truck? I believe this is the case and just dont want to wear out the new tires I need to get soon. Here are some pics of the Camber bushings. What do the Markings Mean? Can I try turning the bushing 180 degrees to correct the camber or will that be too much and wear out the inside of the tire?

You need to get it on an alignement rack to properly do this.

The Truck drives fine, straight down the road, and no pull or wandering. The truck just wears out the outside edge of both front tires and they lean out at the top putting more weight on the outside edges of the tire.I am not gonna pay $60 an hour for a mechanic to do something I can very easily do myself.I know I can swap the bushings out and get the camber dialed in a lot better/closer to spec and then use 2 jackstands, some string and a tapemeasure to check/adjust the toe in my garage. Then if I need to I can take it in for alignment. Which way does the ball joint need to move to pull the top of the tire in towards the truck?I am sure others have corrected camber issues in there garage correct?I was thinking the only other thing which would cause this is worn out lower ball joints? Any real world Hands on experience is greatly appreciated.

Really you need an alignment for this. Turning the bushings not only effects camber but also castor. Most alignment shops will do an alignment for a set price.

Yes you can do it in your garage with the correct alignment tools. Hell unused to have an alignment rack in my grandpas garage so yes I have. You need to be able to measure it

I have all the proper tools and I now have access to a shop that my buddies dad owns and has an alignment machine. It is great to have friends willing to help out.
