If their that bad just Jack the truck up some behind the springs on the frame. To take the weight off of them.

I had my passenger side leaf spring break loose from the frame cause my shackle was rusted and finally snapped. Luckily the leaf didn't come through the bed. I removed bed and replaced both sides. There's obviously going to be some pressure but u should still be able to remove bed. You can always use maybe a 2x4 and wedge between frame and leafs to take pressure off the bed, just make sure 2x4 is secured well and can't come loose or move and allow leafs to pop up.
