Default What lift should I get for a 2000 Ranger 4x4 with Off-Road package?

Sorry if this has previously been answered. Im on a crappy phone atm and no PC access for days, so Im happy to get this far.

Id like to lift my truck 2"-3", but Im not sure what'd be best to get: suspension or body lift.

Any advice?

Basically.. suspension lift is superior, but costs much more. Body lift gets the job done, but is cheaper.

depends on what size tires and your budget.

if you want to stick with 32's you could just to a tbar crank.

cheapest would be body lift by far...

Id like to keep it below $500. Im also looking to do a V8 swap later on when the trucks essentially dead. That's probably going to need a whole make over, so Ill no add that to the equation. I guess Ill do a body lift since its cheapest. Any recommendations on brand?

Oh, and for a 3" lift, I dont need to extend anything do I, like wires or the steering? I have a 3.0 if that matters.
