Question 1.5-2 inch lift?

Hey guys, this is my first post and I'm a complete lift novice, so bear with me. Anyways, I have a 1998 ford ranger XLT 4WD 4.0 V6 automatic. I want to lift it, but not too much. 3" is a bit too much for my liking. Anything from 1.5"-2" would be great. I have searched everywhere and found nothing. All I can find is stuff for 2WD vehicles. Please help as I only want to lift about 1.5-2 inches. What would you guys suggest doing for both front and rear lifts? Thanks!

Alright, sounds good, but how bad is the ride affected by the t-bar crank? Shackles are no problem, but I'd like to still have a relatively smooth ride.

won't ride as nice cuz the t bars are stiffer
I've never owned a t bar truck so I couldn't tell you what it's like exactly
Someone with a gen 4 ranger will chime in and let you know
