I believe these are the correct part numbers for the Bilstein HD's everyone gets are:

F4-BE5-2794-H0 (Front) - http://www.offroadwarehouse.com/prod...roductID/32418
F4-BE5-2795-H0 (Rear) - http://www.offroadwarehouse.com/prod...roductID/32419

I've heard they are slightly firmer than the factory shock which would only be available from the dealer.

I had these for about a minute before I switched to coilovers. LOL

EDIT: BTW - Nothing was wrong with them as far as how they performed, it was just a timing thing that I put on my lift right after installing them.

I think the 5800's are what bilstein sells as OE on TRD tacoma's and tundras and Pro series frontiers. I'd assume the same thing on higher model Rangers.

5800 doesn't sound right. I'm gonna have to go back and look.

I'd guess 4600 based on what I've been reading.

No because the shocks themselves don't have the series listed on them and they are just referred to as the oem series bilsteins.

No because the dealer is the only place to get the oem ones. Just buy the 5100's. they're nicer. And available anywhere.
