I put the inner bearing in the in rotor/hub and drove the new seal back on yes I packed the bearing went to side it on and it stopped like it was hitting the bearing because it would not let me put the washer and nut on to tighten everything down by the way what is the ft lbs in need to know of this nut any ideas I think there might be some of the seal welded on I don't know what. A new spindle looks like so .....

I don't know what the spindle is supposed to look at but it doesn't look bad.

Looks like the inner race of the inside bearing is still on the spindle which would keep your rotor from going on with the new inside bearing in it.... the spindle should look like this..

Try a set of pullers if you have some or heat it up and try to get it off...if you heat it up dont heat it so much that you heat the shaft or it want come off....or if you dont have pullers or a heat source you could try laying a hagsaw flat on the spindle and cut it off being careful not messing up the seating area for the bearing on the spindle, or buy a new spindle...
