Ranger tips fr a college kid?
I would like to do some serious off roading but I'm a noob with this kind of stuff. Any ideas for my 94 ranger for lift, suspension or anything for a noob on a budget?

Don't do leveling kit, not necessary and will wreck your front end..body lift is cheap...starting around $150-200 I think...Superlift is the only suspension lift option, and it's $2k...

if youre in college...save your money...dont risk breaking your means of transportation to and from school...save up until you can do a proper lift and wheels/tires

just ignore him. has no clue whats up. superlift is not the only one that makes lifts for his truck, and they are nowhere near 2K.

Hmm. I wouldn't say that.... Just that he has his model years mixed up. 98+ torsion bar suspension vs 93-97 ttb suspension.

Re: Ranger tips fr a college kid?
agreed but it says in his sig, plain as day, 94.
and there actually are suspension lifts outside superlift for 98+ 4x4's.
as for 94, skyjacker makes one also

is there even less for torsion bars I would imagine that there would be more options for him if it was a 98+

I would say for "serious offroading" do the raptor trade mod.

When I say "serious off roading" I mean that is it aggressive enough to accomplish any dumb ass ideas I come up with. Thanks for the input though. What about ideas for junkyard parts

being the collage age you will need a lot of money to be ably to do that trust me
But a leveling kit and some decent tires and your ranger will do just fine off road if you want a serious off road rig you will need to find a new means of transpiration
serious off roading is a lot of money
