umm yeah the blocks are just spacers... they will work....
your issue may be the bumper brackets.... check into that before u install the lift... or u may not be able to return it... thats if u want to move ur bumpers up..

some tips for the lift..

start prep work early... spray your bolts down 2 weeks ahead of time... keep spraying them with jb80 or similar, and spray them down every day for a week.. then another week loosen them up, break them free.... go ahead and remove all the bed bolts, and then put them back in...
also spray down all the bumper bolts...
i actually took my bumpers off and put them back on a week ahead of the lift... so when the day came for the lift i wasnt spending all day just working the bolts...

have a map gas, or propane torch, the map gas is hotter...
and have plenty of tools...
impact wrench, dead blow hammers,
lots of ratchets and sockets
u will need a long extension to get to the bolts by the radiator, its 20", i used a 10" and two 5" extensions, 1/2 drive, with a 2' breaker bar ratchet 1/2drive

doing a body lift doesnt take a genius... but it takes patience.. and there are hard to reach bolts/nuts in really awkward places.... places hard to see and reach... and a pain to get to...

when i did my 6 bed bolts and 4 cab bolts, an electric impact wrench wouldnt budge them... i had to use my 2' breaker bar and alot of muscle to get them free... and then once the bolts came out... the threads were really bad... like they were crossthreaded in!

yea u know how bolt threads are normally sharp...lead ins... etc...these were flat... smashed... dull... the typical results of cross threading...

anyway, just do alot of prep work and loosen up, remove bolts that u can, put them back in, so u know u can get them out easily the day of the lift..
u cant really do that for the 2 front ones by the radiator, they are different...
but u can do the 4 cab bolts, and the 6 bed bolts, some newer rangers only have 4 bed bolts...and u can do the bumper bolts too.
