I have the same exact problem with the same exact truck. It's your lower control arms. The rubber bushings are probably a little shrunken from the cold weather. The noise is the rubber rubbing. I had the same problem. My shop had to give me upgraded control arms bc of a faulty brand. I still have the squeak, although its much quieter after new shocks and new arms, it's still present during really cold weather while driving over speed bumps and other suspension aching road obstacles.

I'm thinking the bushings might need to be made bigger. But I also think that may cause problems when the weather gets warm and the rubber expands.
