I have a 2000 supercab xlt 2.5L 2WD. When replacing the outer tie rod ends should the inners be replaced also? The boots on my inners are not cracked or dry rotted and look ok. Does this mean that they are still ok, It'd be nice to save the money if they don't have to be replaced, or is it a general rule to go ahead and replace them all at the same time?

you dont need to replace the inner tie rods unless there bad if they look like they still got life on them dont worry about it but just to be safe you should take it to a shop to get it checked out they wont charge you thell just tell you what all is wrong with it
