Default Ford Ranger Edge Suspension Help

So I've been looking for a semi-cheap Suspension upgrade for my 2004 Ranger Edge, and I know I need a torsion bar suspension. I'm not just looking for a lift, I actually want better performance while off roading, so maybe a prerunner-type suspension, and I found one that I'm kind of interested in, can anyone tell me if they think it is a good suspension upgrade?

you can find a lift spindle for your truck for $250. and a spindle will only really give you more ground clearance, it keeps the stock ride quality. most suspension upgrades not only lift your truck but make the suspension stiffer to absorb larger bumps

Actually, because my truck is the Edge model, it has the torsion suspension, which doesn't use spindles or coils like the other ranger models do

Why spend that much? When you could get the ones for 258 and if you didn't think that was enough you could press the stock spindle snouts in.
