Would I need a full suspension kit? or do I only need the spindles?

Spindles for the front and a block or aal or shackles for the rear.

If you want to jump go long travel that's Gonna cost a lot and have fab work, if you want to go over small bumps and stuff go mid travel gonna cost a Lil bit not As much as LT and have some fab work. You can make a mid travel kit out of spindles lift coils and 10 inch limit straps for the front and leaves for that back.
