well depends if you want 4x4 or not. pretty much all 2wd's are pretty cheap to list compared to a 4x4. 98+ 4x4 rangers are the most expensive to lift. before 98 4x4 rangers aren't that bad to lift but still more expensive than the 2wd's i think. on every ranger (regardless of year or 4x4) you have the option of a 3" body lift which is only $250.
98+ 4x4 your lookin at $1500+
pre 98 4x4 your lookin closer to $1000 (i think)
2wds you can get a suspension lift for as cheap as $500 or so (i think.. i'm not exactly how sure the fabtech spindles and stuff are)
i wish fabtech spindles worked on 4x4's sooo bad
