Cool coil overs

I have twin i beams, pro comp suspention, my truck is all over the road, will coil overs help?

you should get a sway bar. it should help with your road driving

Coil-overs won't make a whole lot of difference in that, I think a good alignment and a sway bar is gonna help you the most.
