Default Soften bumps/ditches?

I like to drive somewhat fast down a trail not far from my house. I'm not pulling jumps or anything, just a trail with some rough spots. However, when I hit random small ditches (where rain drained the dirt away) it kills my suspension. I'm afraid I'll break something one of these days.

I'm not trying to build a professional prerunner, but I'd like to soften these impacts some. What would be the simplest way to do that? (I'd really rather not have to get a whole new suspension system if I don't have to.)

Thanks for any suggestions!

Idk if this will help with your suspension but I have independent front suspension and When I tool out my sway bar my front suspension became 10X's smoother.

Dixon Bros Racing and Camberg engineering make some sweet 2WD suspension kits I've heard, and removing your swaybar helps too
