Default Rancho Shocks

If i wanted to upgrade my stock shocks, which Rancho shocks should i go with and where to get them? Or would you recommend another brand. I'm not looking for coilovers or anything, just basic shocks. I know the LIIs came with better shocks (bilsteins) i dont know which to get though if I do

allshocks.com has the bilstein hd's that came on some trucks. the nice bilsteins are the 5100s, but they're a little more pricey than the hd.

i found a PDF of the specific Ranchos to get, but they list three different kinds.

for the RS5500 series, that one you listed STL isnt shown, it lists to use RS5229 for the front and RS5126 for the back.

but then there is the RSX series and the RS9000XL series. Hmm

The adjustable 9000's are nice because you can adjust your ride. If you tighten them up, your truck will drive like a sports car on the pavement; if you loosen them up, nice and comfy on the trails!

I've got the front/back setup like you mentioned by rancho. Rides great and they perform amazing off road.
