Default Replacing front shocks on a '99???

2wd 3.0 with the coil spring assembly and was wondering if there are any good guides on how to replace the front shocks. If there arent, if anyone could answer my question that would be awesome..
I know how to do it, gotta take off the wheel, jack it up, and then theres 3 bolts. 2 underneath, and theres one on the top. My biggest question is, when i get off all the bolts (one on the top is really really rusted so going to have to cut it off) how do I get the shock off of the bottom two bolts (do you just pull it out?) and how do you get the old shock out? is it through the bottom next to the other two bolts? and then the new one goes in the same way?
sorry if this is kind of a dumb question

But thanks for the help!

I'm drawing a bit of a blank at the moment but with 2WD coil spring models, I believe there is enough room to just pull the shock down through the lower arm after you undo the nuts. You may need to knock the lower mount plate loose first since it may be stuck on due to rust.

is the lower mount plate is the part that the two nuts on the bottom are connected to?

Thanks!

the shock comes out through the lower arm where the two bolts are. new one goes in the same way. if you look at it, there's really no other place for it to go besides down.
