Default T-Bar crank or spacer?

I've been looking around. My truck has that nose down stance to it (hate it). After measuring, figured that I'd go ahead and lift the front end up about 1" - 1 1/2". I'm deciding between a t-bar crank or just some body spacers. Pros and cons of each? Thanks.

apples to oranges? two totally different things you're grouping as one.

Crank your bars to level the truck out. They're made to be adjustable for that very reason you've got a big rake: wear and saggyness.

Body spacers(aka BodyLift) will lift the body off the frame. Has nothing to do with suspension or 'rake'.

Just installed a 3" body spacer lift and absolutely love it. then i cranked t-bars for about 1.75"more on front. that was by far the easiest to do. i would do the body lift first then maby adjust t-bars a little if needed to level. will look great w/o being obscene plus you should be able to get your 31" tires no prob, but why not go for a 33"? I have room for 33s now and am saving up for rubber now. i bought my lift for 1999 ranger splash on amazon for 147.00 it had bumper brackets, radiator extensions, gasfiller ext., steering ext. all worked great. only thing i fabricated was the splash guards, i used a pvc rubber roofing membrane i had laying around and just traced old 1 then added 3 to 4" they look great and work better than the orig ones. do not lift front t-bars more than 2" or damage to front end most likely. look up old posts about tt. also you are compromising your up travel on front end so ride will change somewhat, rougher. Alignment should be checked/done after mods. hope the picks and info helps. pics are befor torsion bar twist.

You are NOT comprimising up travel. all that uptravel is still there un touched. what you're comprimising is DOWN TRAVEL.

31's come on stock torsion bar trucks. they'll fit stock....so why just do 31's? they'll look small on a BL....hell I think 32's look small on a BL. I had those on my truck STOCK.

he's right, but i think you are fishin' for bigger tires. look at suspension lift also, but much more money than 150.00. you need to figure out what you want in long run for your truck.
lots people do the 3" body lift with a 4"+ suspension lift to get 35"+ tires.

Ahh. I see what your getting at. Guess that was dumb question haha. Thanks for the answers. And yeah, 31s are a little small, now that I've thought about it.

I have a question. I have a 2000 2wd Ranger with a 4.0L V6, and I want to do a nice lift to it to get it up off the ground. What are some inexpensive ways I can do this? I know I will probably do a 3" body lift no doubt, but what type of suspension lift would be quality and look great with the look of my truck? Just asking for some advice. My first time owning a Ford Ranger and all. Thanks

I've got a 2wd Ranger with a 3in body lift and 31in tires . . the body lift was a great way to get tire clearance for about $100 but now that i've put 31s on my truck i wish i had 33s
