Default t-bar keys??

can anyone tell me if the t-bar keys are any good? i found a kit that comes with the 3inch lift keys, 4 shocks, and 2 leafs for $350
at fatbobsgarage.com but will the keys cause any problems down the road. or would it be better to just twist the t-bars and no keys?
