yea they would fit, they arnt greasable btw if you read the description, try and find some that are, (last alot longer) if you do go that route.

i would get them. i'v had great experience with duralast parts i trust them just as much as motorcraft parts

Just fyi they are just sway bar links they are not improtant at all and you could just remove them and the swaybar and get more flex out of the truck anyway.

The sway bar link is a bolt with a piece of plastic over it and some bushings. The bushing is toast and it needs a replacement... the link (the bolt) is just fine. As a guy who has worked on a ton of trucks, I'd recommend ONLY getting some new bushings. The bushing is worn, not the link. It is like recommending getting new rims because the tires are worn out.
