Default Rancho 9000 setting?

Just got my 4 R9000's in the mail yesterday and will be installing them soon. They have 9 settings......

-What is a good setting to start out with on the front and back?

-Are they adjustable after they have been installed? I have heard different things about this....but they are gas regulated and appear to be adjustable after installation.
Thanks

I read in another post , that it was recommended position 6 up front and 3 in the rear , use this as a starting point , when you make changes do it one axle at a time until you find the setting you like .
from what I have seen in pictures , they look adjustable when they are installed

Cool man thanks...I saw the knob but wasnt sure how the strut would handle with adjustments being made under a full load. Was hoping others would chime in with the same struts and list there settings/preference.....
