Default Shock and Tire time

well as the thread says it's time for new shocks and tires. I'm at 54,000 miles and everything is still factory. I'm at stock ride height with the exception of a bit of crank in the front T-bars to level out a bit. Anyways I'm wondering what you guys suggest for tires and shocks? I don't offroad much but occasionally I do. Working in construction I'm on rough terrain on job sites quite often. I have the stock goodyear all terrains on it and I wanna go with something a little more aggressive. As for shocks I'm pretty sold on the Bilsteins but I'm wondering which shock I should go with? Truck is an '06 4.0 XLT 4x4. Thanks in advance for the advice.

you should tell us the stats on your truck. but bfg makes a solid tire, and bilstein makes great shocks.

the bfg all terrain is a sweet tire it really depends on what you want out of a tire, that tire last 50-60k if treated right, and gets great traction, also has that aggressive look
