i was chatting with stl and desided i'd add this to the forum..
CAMBER AND CASTER ADJUSTMENT WITHOUT USING ADJUSTMENT CAM BUSHINGS.
1.) NOTE:the upper arm-to-frame mounting bolts have set shims that must be replaced with washers (w-705040-s900) to allow for adjustment of the arm in the frame slot. the vehicle should be supported by the lower arm to ease movement of the upper arm in the slot.
remove the nuts and the shims.
*discard the nuts and shims.
2.) install new washers(w-705040-s900) and nuts and snug nuts.
3.)to adjust the casterand camber refer to the folling chart.
*adjustments that requiremoving the front and rear of the upper arm should be done equally.
ADJUSTMENT *****FRONT OF UPPER ARM ******REAR OF UPPER ARM

increse caster .............. out ........................... in
decrese caster............... in ........................... out

4.) tighten the nuts.
5.) check and if necessary adjust the front for toe.
this was retyped from the ford ranger workshop manual that was given to me at my local ford dealer.
i will advise you to make sertain or what you do before you start any mods to your truck and will asume no responcibility in any damage thay may ocure during any mods to your truck using this method.
